By placing an order with ThreeSide Peptides, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.

 Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping methods, carriers, and rates are displayed at checkout and vary based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping speed

We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier that best meets delivery and compliance requirements.

Shipping Destinations

ThreeSide Peptides currently ships to:

  • Addresses within the United States
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

ThreeSide Peptides is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the shipment has been tendered to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

ThreeSide Peptides is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time status immediately.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If a package is lost in transit and never marked as delivered, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, ThreeSide Peptides is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.
  • For packages damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulatory and safety considerations:

  • Products are shipped for research use only
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring lawful receipt and use of products in their jurisdiction

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse shipment to any address or individual at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where ThreeSide Peptides is at fault.
