Refund & Returns Policy

At ThreeSide Peptides, we take quality control and customer satisfaction seriously. Because our products are intended strictly for research and laboratory use only, we maintain a clear and firm refund and returns policy to ensure safety, compliance, and product integrity.

By placing an order with ThreeSide Peptides, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.

We do not accept returns of any products for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect ordering
  • Incompatibility with intended research
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

This policy exists to protect product integrity and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect (wrong product or quantity)

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a resolution, contact us at support@threesidepeptides.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product(s), packaging, and shipping label

If your claim is approved, ThreeSide Peptides may, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

No replacement or refund will be issued without proper documentation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, ThreeSide Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package is lost in transit (never marked as delivered), please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Resolution is subject to the carrier’s findings.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact support@threesidepeptides.com immediately after placing your order. Once an order enters processing or ships, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Errors

If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, ThreeSide Peptides is not responsible for:

  • Delayed delivery
  • Lost shipments
  • Additional shipping fees

Please verify your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Non-Refundable Fees

Shipping costs, handling fees, and any applicable processing fees are non-refundable, except in cases where ThreeSide Peptides is at fault.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Order refusal or account restriction
  • Permanent suspension from future purchases

Policy Updates

ThreeSide Peptides reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
